Nuvoliv ("we", "us", "our") is an online supplement retailer. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Our products are food supplements as defined under EU Directive 2002/46/EC. They are intended to supplement a normal diet and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All product descriptions comply with EFSA Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims. We do not make any unauthorised health claims.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplements, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. AI Advisor Disclaimer

Nuvoliv offers an AI-powered supplement advisor ("AI Advisor"). In accordance with EU AI Act Article 50, we inform you that:

The AI Advisor is an artificial intelligence system, not a human. It is not a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, or any form of licensed healthcare professional.

The AI Advisor provides general wellness information only. Its recommendations are based on the information you provide and our product catalogue. They are not personalised medical advice and should not be treated as such.

The AI Advisor will never: diagnose medical conditions; claim supplements can treat or cure diseases; recommend supplements as replacements for prescribed medication; provide advice on drug interactions.

If you have any health concerns, symptoms, or medical conditions, please consult your doctor before acting on any AI Advisor suggestions.

Limitation of liability: Nuvoliv accepts no liability for any adverse effects, health outcomes, or damages arising from the use of AI Advisor recommendations. Use of the AI Advisor is entirely at your own risk.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment via our payment processor (Stripe). You will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us by email. You must return the products in their original, unopened packaging. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been opened after delivery, for health protection or hygiene reasons.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to EU countries. Delivery times and costs are displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

5. Third Parties

We share data with: Stripe (payment processing); Netlify (hosting); OpenAI (AI Advisor — quiz answers only, no personal data); delivery partners. All processors are GDPR-compliant.
